Cory Klingensmith

Cory Klingensmith is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Project Manager at Charles Perry Partners, Inc. since December 2020, Cory has held various roles within the company, including Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Field Engineer. Prior to this, Cory was the Owner of Trimmed Up Fabrication, LLC from April 2019 to December 2020 and worked as Construction Manager at LTP MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC from January 2012 to April 2019. Cory holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Florida Gulf Coast University, earned between 2007 and 2011, and a High School Diploma from Bishop Verot Catholic High School, completed in 2007.
