Justin Seah

Justin Seah is an experienced professional with a strong background in programme management and business planning. Currently serving as APAC Director of Programme Management at Charles River Development since August 2024, Justin has previously held the position of Director of Global Business Planning at GLP from April 2019 to May 2024. In this role, responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, and capital management. Prior experience includes a management consulting role at Ernst & Young, where Justin specialized in business performance advisory across various industries, and served as a Futures Analyst at Standard Chartered Bank. Justin holds multiple degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne and The University of Western Australia, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Retailing from Singapore Polytechnic.
