Mike Schober

Mike Schober is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software delivery, digital wealth management, and professional services. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Engineering at Charles Schwab, Mike spearheads a transformational initiative to modernize software delivery and enhance developer experience. Previously, Mike held the position of Director of Digital Wealth Management Technology at Schwab, where contributions led to the growth of the Intelligent Portfolios platform to $40B in assets under management. With prior experience as a Senior Director at Visa managing engineering services for a multi-million dollar project portfolio, and roles at Newgistics, Question Technologies, Globeset, and IBM, Mike has successfully driven innovation and efficiency across various technical landscapes. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago.
