Anne Alabi

Anne Alabi is an accomplished executive assistant and community advocate with a strong background in supporting leadership teams across various well-known companies. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager for EMEA at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty and as a Non-Executive Director at the AMT Youth Programme, Anne is dedicated to fostering youth engagement in the creative industry. Previous roles include Chair of the Black Employee Network at FARFETCH and extensive experience in high-level support at Burberry, adam&eveDDB, New Look, Arcadia Group Ltd, and Havas. Anne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Drama and Creative Writing from Buckinghamshire University and maintains a passion for driving initiatives that enhance diversity and community involvement.
