Susanna Chan is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in compensation and human resources. Currently serving as Group Vice President of Compensation and HR Technology at Charter Communications since September 2010, Susanna is responsible for overseeing compensation programs and processes for a workforce of 98,000 employees and has expanded leadership to include HR Technology.
