Michael Rizaldo

Michael Rizaldo is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as the Fleet Manager and Owner's Representative at Chartworld Shipping Corporation since September 2021. Previously, Michael held the position of Crew Manager at Maersk Filipinas Crewing Inc. from April 2010 to February 2021, where management of daily operations and crew documentation for 5,000 Filipino seafarers across 298 vessels was a primary focus. Prior to this, Michael was the Assistant Manager and Senior Fleet Crew Operator at SPi Healthcare from 2001 to 2010, and also served as an Information Technology Instructor at Christian Science Academy from 2000 to 2001.
