Fahd Maqba

Fahd Maqba has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Fahd is currently the Regional Head of Issuer Engagement and Analytics for Checkout.com, starting in July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Emirates from 2013 to 2021, where they held multiple positions including Data Analytics Manager, Data Scientist, and Senior digital ePayments Lead. At Emirates, Fahd was responsible for leading the data analytics team, formulating data strategy, and implementing self-service business intelligence.

Before their time at Emirates, Fahd founded Dotvision Analytics in 2013 and held the role of Founder until May 2021. Additionally, they worked at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank from 2008 to 2013, where they served as an Anti-Money Laundering Manager and Senior Fraud Analyst. In these roles, Fahd monitored transactions, investigated suspicious cases, prepared investigation reports, and detected fraud activities.
