Weyman Fung

Weyman Fung has work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. From November 2021 to the present, they have been working as a Software Engineer at Checkr, Inc. Prior to that, from July 2014 to October 2021, they worked at Pivotal, Inc. as a Software Engineer. In this role, they served as an Agile consultant on client projects, helped client teams understand the importance of early design and user validation, and improved engineering processes through pair programming and setting up CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, in January 2014 to April 2014, they were a student at appacademy.io, where they completed a developer bootcamp focusing on full-stack web development using Ruby on Rails and JS backbone.

Weyman Fung pursued their education at the University of California, Davis from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. In 2014, Fung attended App Academy for a brief period, where they focused on web development using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript. It is important to note that Fung did not receive a degree from App Academy.
