Elisa Feliciano

Elisa Feliciano currently serves as the Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Americas at CHEP, where responsibilities also include co-chairing the Inclusion & Diversity Council. With a background in human resources, Elisa has held various positions at CHEP, including HR Manager and HR Generalist. Prior experience at Brightstar Corp. encompassed roles as HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Elisa began her career as a Human Resources Intern at RedVision Systems, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology, both from the University of Florida, along with an International Baccalaureate diploma from Coral Reef Senior High School.
