Natalie Spillman

Natalie Spillman has served in various roles at Chesterfield County since June 2006, including Intergovernmental Relations Director, Marketing and Engagement Strategist, and Budget Manager. Responsibilities have included supporting the Blueprint Chesterfield Initiative through design and preparation of materials, managing the county's sign ordinance and permit review processes, and facilitating communication across multiple departments. Special projects involve developing a new county-wide strategic plan and initiatives for young professionals. Earlier experience includes roles in the Planning Department and summer camp supervision, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Policy and Planning from Virginia Tech.
