Kathy Bradford has over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent development, most recently serving as Manager of Talent Development Services at Chevron from March 2018 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing learning and talent programs, processes, and technology. Prior to this role, Kathy held the position of HR Ops Talent Management Team Lead at Chevron, focusing on operationalizing HR talent management processes in the North America region, and served as an HR Process Architect for the global implementation of Workday. Kathy's earlier experience includes working as an HR Diversity Analyst and in management consulting at Accenture from May 2004 to February 2009. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
