Kristiann Rushton is a project engineer at Chevron, where from September 2012 to the present, responsibilities include scouting and implementing emerging technologies in materials, asset integrity, and inspection to enhance Chevron's technological advancements. Prior roles include materials engineer and risk-based inspection engineer, providing technical support for major capital projects and existing facility teams through fixed equipment integrity programs and risk assessments. Before joining Chevron, Kristiann worked as a corrosion engineer at LyondellBasell's Houston Refinery from July 2007 to September 2012, supporting sulfur recovery, Coker, HDS, and Crude Units, and also served as a materials engineer in specialty engineering. Kristiann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Material Science & Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2007.
