Bill Wittwer

Bill Wittwer has extensive experience in the drilling fluids and technical services industry, currently serving as a Drilling Fluid Technical Service Specialist at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since October 2014. Previous roles include Manager of Technical Services at QMax, where management of client and internal technical matters was paramount, and Director of Business Development and Manager of Drilling Fluids Services at Messina Incorporated, overseeing international relations and sales efforts in approximately 40 countries. Bill also held positions as Field Service Manager at Dowell Schlumberger in both Nigeria and Venezuela, where responsibilities included managing service delivery operations and startup operations, respectively. Bill Wittwer earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and History from The University of Texas at Austin from 1970 to 1974.
