David Cieniawa

David Cieniawa has extensive experience in talent assessment and analytics, currently serving as Manager at the Chicago Transit Authority since September 2019, after progressively advancing through various roles within the organization. Responsibilities included the development of surveys and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, performance management, and aligning business processes. Prior to this role, David worked at Home City Ice for eight years, where leadership in production and manufacturing involved managing product quality and revenue generation, alongside optimizing operations and ensuring machinery maintenance. Educationally, David holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from North Central College.
