John is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer, Site Reliability at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Meta from August 2021 to January 2023. John also gained valuable experience as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Mailchimp from January 2015 to June 2021. Before that, John worked as a Student Assistant at the Technology Services Organization from November 2011 to December 2014.
