Elyse Welch, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Elyse is currently working at the Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center as the Lead Business Analyst for Digital Transformation & Technology. Prior to this, Elyse co-founded FeatherPay and served as the Vice President for Business Operations, where they provided leadership insights and promoted cross-team cooperation. 

Elyse also has extensive experience at Ally Commerce, where they held positions such as VP of Operations, Director of Operations, Sr Manager of Client Operations, and eCommerce Operations Manager. In these roles, they managed client operations, oversaw warehouse management, and handled various responsibilities such as inventory/replenishment, pricing, promotions, and customer service.

Elyse also served as an eCommerce Analyst and Consumer Operations Program Manager, ensuring smooth online order processing and managing inventory availability for multiple warehouse locations. 

Prior to their roles at Fitbit, Elyse worked at Triage Consulting Group as an Associate, providing payment review, compliance, recovery, and consulting services to hospitals. Elyse also gained experience as a Supply Chain Intern at Georgia-Pacific LLC and as an Operations Student Assistant Researcher at Georgia Institute of Technology. 

Elyse has a well-rounded skill set with experience in operations management, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategy implementation. Their background in diverse industries showcases their adaptability and ability to excel in different roles.

Elyse Welch, PMP, has a well-rounded education history. Elyse first attended the Denning Technology & Management Program from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a minor in Engineering & Business. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, College of Management, from 2006 to 2011. Their field of study during their Bachelor's degree was Management, with a minor in Technology & Management.

In addition to their formal education, Elyse Welch has also obtained several certifications.
