Steph S. serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Business Operations/Chief of Staff at Cerula Care as of June 2024. Since January 2021, Steph has been a member of the Chief of Staff Network, fostering connections among Chiefs of Staff from leading startups and enterprises. Prior to Cerula Care, Steph held the position of Chief Financial and Strategy Officer at Agio from October 2020 to June 2024, managing a diverse team and developing strategic plans alongside the board of directors. Previous roles include Chief of Staff and consultant positions at Agio, The Bridgespan Group, and the Tamer Center for Social Enterprise at Columbia Business School. Significant experience also includes a strategic managerial role at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where Steph guided executives to achieve revenue growth and advocated for healthcare policies. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Virginia.
