Delesa Swanigan

DeLesa Swanigan, PCC, MSOL, possesses extensive experience in leadership development and executive coaching. Currently serving as an Executive Coach and Chief Core Guide at Chief, DeLesa previously held the position of CEO, Executive Coach, and Director of Learning & Development at SKYLIM Leadership Solutions. In addition, DeLesa has contributed as the Director of Organizational/Leadership Development at The Light Christian Church and retired as Deputy Director of Administration/Organizational Development/Leadership Development at the California Civil Rights Department. Earlier career highlights include serving as Division Chief of Policy and Administrative Services at CalPERS. DeLesa holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and a Coach Certificate in Professional Coaching for Life and Work from the University of California, Davis.
