Currently a member of Chief, a network for women in executive positions, Kate has run their own consultancy, Kate Stefko Speer LLC, since 2012, focusing on innovative marketing strategies that surpass client expectations. Kate has served on the Board of Directors for the American Marketing Association Pittsburgh and held key positions at BNY Mellon and JLE Industries, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing, public engagement, and employee engagement initiatives.
