Dr. Matthew McDonald is the President and CEO at Children's Specialized Hospital - RWJBH, where they focus on improving community health and inspiring others towards success. Previously, Dr. McDonald served as a Pediatric Hospitalist, Special Needs Pediatrician, and Assistant Professor at Drexel University College of Medicine from 2010 to 2014.
