Daniel Otzoy Garcia

Daniel Otzoy Garcia is the Global CEO of RECAINSA, overseeing operations in Argentina, Guatemala, and the USA since January 2013. As a co-founder and Executive Director of the Central American Health Informatics Network, Daniel manages the organization's strategy and fosters public relationships globally. Current positions include CEO of HL7 Centroamérica y República Dominicana and Digital Health Technical Advisor at John Snow, Inc. Daniel has contributed to various consulting roles, including work with the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank, focusing on digital health transformation and information systems. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences from Atlantic International University and a Systems Engineering degree from Universidad Mariano Gálvez.
