Colton Ammerer

Colton Ammerer has a diverse professional background in public safety and criminal justice, currently serving as a Probation Officer I with the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since August 2021. Previously, Colton held the position of Probation/Parole Officer III at the Oklahoma Department of Corrections from September 2016 to 2021. Colton's experience also includes working as a Safety Consultant at Accurate Safety Compliance from May 2013 to June 2016 and as a Safety Technician at Sitex Safety and Rescue during the summer of 2012. Earlier roles include serving as a Student Facilities Assistant at SOSU-Residence Life from January 2009 to May 2013. Colton's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, both earned from Southeastern Oklahoma State University between 2008 and 2013.
