Tari C. is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR compliance, employee relations, and strategic HR support. Currently serving as the Director of HR and Compliance at Choice Hotels International since September 2015, Tari has previously held the titles of Manager for HR Compliance, Employee Relations & Immigration, and HR Business Partner within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as HR Director at Xerox Business Services, where notable contributions were made in the e-discovery division, and directing HR initiatives and recruiting compliance at both Bank of America/Countrywide Financial and Countrywide Financial. Tari holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Urban Studies/Affairs from the University of the District of Columbia.
