Emmanuel Danan

Emmanuel Danan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the luxury and beauty sectors. Currently serving as Global Managing Director of Luxury at Christie's since February 2023, Danan previously held the position of President for Europe and the Middle East at Maesa, a Bain Capital Private Equity portfolio company, from April 2020 to October 2022. Danan's career at L'Oréal spanned nearly 17 years, culminating in roles such as General Manager for L'Oréal Paris in Western Europe and Lascad, along with leadership positions in various markets including China, Germany, and Taiwan. With a strong background in project management, Danan contributed significantly to product launches, marketing strategies, and brand management within L'Oréal's extensive portfolio. Danan's academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Organization Sociology from Sciences Po and a Business School Master's from emlyon business school.
