Michael J. Previously, as Senior Human Resources Advisor at the Defense Health Agency, Michael established a recognition program resulting in high employee retention and provided leadership training. Michael has held various roles in the military, including Senior Human Resources Advisor and Operations Manager, where Michael demonstrated success in performance management, medical training operations, and curriculum development. Michael holds an MBA in Project Management from American Military University, alongside multiple degrees focused on leadership, medical education, and healthcare administration.
