Gina Rebollar

Gina Rebollar is the Chief Corporate Lawyer and Deputy General Counsel for Global Corporate Affairs at Chubb, a leader in the insurance industry with operations in 54 countries. In this role, Gina leads the global corporate affairs team, managing legal matters related to corporate governance, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. Prior to rejoining Chubb in 2020, Gina served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Clever Leaves and held a position as Corporate Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. Gina has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having been involved in transactions exceeding $35 billion globally. Gina continues to pursue a B.A. in English and Political Science from Duke University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
