Todd Retchless

Todd Retchless is an accomplished data analytics and digital innovation leader with extensive experience across various industries. At Church & Dwight Co., Inc., Todd served as Senior Director, overseeing the Insights Delivery & Data Management team and driving enterprise transformation through advanced analytics and automation. Previously, as Director of Data and Analytics, Todd established the company's first data organization, enhancing engineering and reporting. Prior experience includes a role at Goldman Sachs as Data Analytics and Architecture Vice President, where Todd managed a team and developed advanced data models for Tax Operations. Todd also held the position of Data Analytics Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, delivering solutions for global financial clients, and served in the US Army in various roles. Todd holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from McDaniel College.
