Nicole M. Jolley

Nicole Jolley joined Church Mutual as director of the Special Business Unit in June 2017. Jolley was promoted to assistant vice president – of Nonprofit Human Services in January 2022. Her responsibilities include oversight and strategic direction of the Nonprofit – Human Services center of excellence.

Jolley earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of New Orleans and a master’s in business administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She also has earned four professional designations, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), and Associate in Insurance (AINS).

Jolley has served on various nonprofit insurance association boards both at the national and local levels since 2012.
