Neelan Muthurajah

Neelan Muthurajah, MMA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital analytics and measurement, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Digital Measurement & Insights at CIBC since October 2021. Prior to this, Neelan held various positions at OLG from June 2015 to October 2021, including Senior Manager and Manager of Digital Analytics, where notable achievements included leading teams to generate significant insights from customer data, resulting in increased app downloads and improved registration campaigns. Neelan's expertise spans the development of analytical environments, machine learning applications for customer segmentation, and operational efficiencies through dashboard implementation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Management Analytics from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Certificate in Data Analytics from Ryerson University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Science and Business from the University of Waterloo.
