The board of directors at CIBC have a wide range of experiences and education histories. Some of their previous experiences include being a board member at M1 Finance, Alloy, Datto, Inc., and Paya. They have also held the position of Chairman of the Board at the Canadian Public Accountability Board and Superintendent at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada. When it comes to education, the members of the CIBC board of directors have degrees from Cornell College, Syracuse University, University of Toronto, and Carleton University in subjects such as English, Information Management, and Economics.
