Lisa then worked as a Consultant at creww.me and Logos Capital. In 2020, they joined CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) as a Consultant and later became a Project Lead. Lisa also worked as a Program Manager at Venture Café Tokyo. In 2021, they joined Innoqua Inc. as a Senior Researcher and became an Assistant Professor at Hiroshima University. Overall, Lisa has demonstrated their expertise and versatility in different roles within the field of innovation, research, and consultancy.

Lisa F. completed their education from 2014 to 2018 at the University of Technology Sydney. Lisa acquired a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Science, with a specialization in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography.
