Jeffrey Michael Jackovich

Jeffrey Michael Jackovich is a seasoned data engineering professional with a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bradley University. Currently serving as a Senior Professional Data Engineer at HMS since August 2020 and a Software Engineering Senior Advisor / Big Data Engineer at Cigna since November 2019, Jackovich has extensive experience in data engineering, natural language processing, and machine learning. Previous roles include Python Technical Analyst at Remedy Partners, where a proof-of-concept NLP data pipeline was engineered, and Machine Learning Engineer at Packt, contributing to a book on machine learning and developing an NLP data pipeline. Prior to these positions, experience includes web scraping and data extraction solutions for clients as an Independent Software Engineer and data analysis roles at One Medical and Bradley University's Psychology Department, as well as health education and community development work with the Peace Corps.
