Colin Chen Weng Lim

Colin Chen Weng Lim is an experienced professional in the banking and technology sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at CIMB since June 2017, overseeing Group Technology Consumer Banking, Strategic Project Delivery, and Enterprise Application Delivery. Prior to CIMB, Colin held the position of Executive Director at United Overseas Bank Limited, leading Business Technology from July 2015 to June 2017. Earlier roles include significant positions at Maxis Berhad as Head of Customer Experience Design & Improvement and General Manager of CRM, as well as Senior Project Manager at Standard Chartered Bank. Colin began his career at Magnus Management Consultants Malaysia. Educational qualifications include an Executive Leadership Program in Digital from INSEAD, Sustainability Studies from the University of Cambridge, a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, and a BEng in Computing from Imperial College London.
