Willy Fiallo

Willy Fiallo is the Sales Director for Latin America & the Caribbean at CIMCON Lighting. Willy has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management, with a focus on the energy and power technologies industry.

Willy started their career at Lutron Electronics in 1999 as a Regional Sales Manager for the Caribbean, Central, and South America. In 2014, they joined UL as the Director & General Manager for Energy & Power Technologies - Americas. Willy then joined CIMCON Lighting in 2017 as the Director of Sales.

Under Willy’s leadership, CIMCON Lighting has seen significant growth in the Latin American & Caribbean markets. The company’s software powered lighting controllers and IoT enabled Smart City lighting management solutions have been implemented in over 50 cities in 16 countries.

Willy Fiallo has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.

They are on a team with Punit Jain - Director Business Development, Chris Davis - Vice President, Smart Cities, and John Joseph - Vice President, Marketing. Their manager is Anil Agrawal, Chief Executive Officer.
