She leverages her considerable expertise to help fuel Cinch’s ever-more prominent focus on industry disruption, product and distribution channel diversification and technological innovation. Prior to joining Cinch, Nancy was the CEO and Managing Member of Catalex, LLC, where she delivered incremental sales and significant operational improvements, led executive recruiting, and developed strategic training programs. She also held several leadership positions with Affinion Group, where she managed the end-to-end customer engagement and loyalty solutions and marketing activity for the company’s largest client relationships, oversaw a full-service marketing agency providing a wide-range of analytical and creative solutions to strengthen customer relationships and maximize revenue, and was responsible for 25 membership products and more than $725M in gross revenue. Nancy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing Management from California State University in Hayward, California.
