Diya Joshi

Diya Joshi currently serves as a Volunteer Research Assistant at Cincinnati Children's since April 2025 and has been contributing to Breakthrough Cincinnati Inc. as an Americorps Vista since July 2024. Previous experience includes roles as a Peer Educator at both the Student Wellness Center and the University of Cincinnati from August 2021 to May 2025, and a Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough Cincinnati Inc. during the summer of 2022. Diya conducted research as a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in 2021, focused on Anesthesia and Pain Management in Dr. Jankowski's Lab. Earlier involvement includes an internship at 1N5 from January to June 2021 aimed at destigmatizing mental health, as well as serving as a Contact Tracer at the University of Cincinnati. Leadership roles at William Mason High School include Treasurer, President of the Speech and Debate Team, and Officer of HOSA. Diya holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences from the University of Cincinnati (2020-2024) and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) at the same institution since May 2025.
