Duminda Munasinghe

Duminda Munasinghe currently holds the position of Director Human Resource Operations and Assistant Vice President at Cinnamon Hotel Management Ltd since July 2023. Munasinghe has extensive experience in human resources within the hospitality sector, having previously served as Area Director Human Resources for Radisson Hotel Group and ONYX Hospitality Group from January 2020 to July 2023. Additional roles include Director Human Resources at The Kingsbury, Group Human Resources Manager at Senok, and Manager Human Resources and Administration at Colombo International Academy. Munasinghe has also been a part-time Visiting Lecturer at the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM - Sri Lanka) since August 2017. Educational qualifications include a BSc. (Hons) in Human Resources Management from University College Dublin and multiple diplomas in Human Resources and Business Accounting.
