Joyce Rigby-Jones is a Chartered Companion of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in Ireland, serving since October 2022, and is currently the Joint Managing Director of Voltedge Management Ltd., a human resources consultancy. With a strong educational background in psychology from Trinity College Dublin, Joyce has extensive experience in senior human resources roles across multinational corporations, including Glaxo Wellcome/Glaxo SmithKline, Ericsson, and Marconi. Joyce has held various significant positions including Non-Executive Director and Honorary Chairperson of the CIPD National Committee of Ireland, and has been involved with several boards and organizations, showcasing expertise in HR strategy, recruitment, and organizational change.
