Rebecca Barut Fcipd

Rebecca Barut FCIPD is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chair of the South East London CIPD Branch since June 2019 and Head of Schools HR and Governor Services for London Borough of Bexley since April 2010, Rebecca manages HR and governance services for schools, including training packages. Previous roles include Business Support Manager at the Royal Borough of Greenwich, where management of a multi-million payroll function was a key responsibility. Involvement with CIPD spans over a decade, including various committee roles aimed at enhancing member development opportunities. Rebecca holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Psychology, a Master's in Personnel and Development, and is pursuing a degree in Public Management and Leadership at the University of Birmingham.
