Laura Cents

Laura Cents is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource management across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as the HR Director for EMEA Technology & Operations and the Netherlands at Circana since April 2023, Laura previously held the role of HR Director for Netherlands & EMEA Commercial Solutions following the merger of IRI and NPD. At IRI, from April 2021 to March 2023, Laura contributed to strategic HR direction as People & Culture Director. Prior experience includes over eleven years at KFC, where Laura advanced from HR Business Partner to HR Manager for Northern Europe, and earlier roles at Equitable Settlement AG and Beaphar B.V. as a Human Resources Advisor and in HRM internships. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and a Pre-master in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
