Laura Hole

Laura Hole is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and team leadership. Currently, Laura serves as the Head of Service Delivery at circle.cloud since April 2021, having previously held the position of Customer Service Manager. Prior roles include Team Leader at the Office for National Statistics for a brief period in early 2021, and Customer Service Manager at Retail-FCL from January 2020 to January 2021. Additionally, Laura worked as a Swimming Instructor at Water Babies and held various managerial and administrative roles at SSE plc from July 2010 to April 2019. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Sussex, completed in 2010, and an A-level in Psychology from Peter Symonds College.
