Aleigha Sardina-Spevack has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.
Aleigha started their career as a Financial Analysis Intern at Next Financial Group in 2007, where they managed client portfolios and conducted market research analysis.
In 2008, they joined Citi as an Operations Graduate Associate, primarily focusing on derivatives settlement and improving settlement time through database enhancements. Aleigha also worked as a Derivatives Settlement Representative III, reconciling post-settlement derivative transactions and coordinating solutions with front and middle offices.
Aleigha then joined Canisius College as a Client Representative in 2005. Aleigha represented the college and managed client relationships.
Returning to Citi in 2010, Aleigha took on roles such as Credit Risk Associate and Credit Risk Associate Team Coordinator - Assistant Vice President. Aleigha managed portfolios of Community Reinvestment Act eligible and affordable housing construction projects and conducted analysis for real estate and infrastructure financing. Aleigha also assisted in the development of risk models and the Real Estate module of CCAR, a stress testing program.
In 2018, Aleigha joined Flatiron School as a full-time student, completing their studies in 2019.
After completing their studies, Aleigha joined CircleCI in 2020 as a Data Analyst. In this role, they automated revenue processes, analyzed customer behavior, and developed and implemented database tables.
Aleigha was promoted to Manager, Data Science and Analytics at CircleCI in 2021. Aleigha'sresponsibilities included managing product analytics and analytics engineering, leading the hiring process for data-related roles, and influencing budgeting, workforce planning, compensation, and performance reviews.
In 2023, Aleigha was further promoted to Senior Manager, Data Science and Analytics at CircleCI.
Aleigha Sardina-Spevack attended Canisius University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Finance/Economics with a concentration in International Business. In January 2017, they obtained a certification in FRM from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
