Jason Phillips

Jason Phillips is the Senior Vice President of People's Experience at Cisco. Jason has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, and has spent the last four years at Cisco in various HR leadership roles. Prior to Cisco, Jason was the Senior Vice President of HR Shared Services at Kaiser Permanente, where they oversaw the talent acquisition, learning & development, total rewards, and HR technology operations for over 185,000 employees across 38 hospitals. Jason began their career as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting in 2002, where they worked for four years before joining Kaiser Permanente in 2006.

Jason Phillips has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from California State University-Sacramento. Jason also has a Master's degree in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
