Kassie Rubin

Kassie Rubin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles. As Director and Chief of Staff to the Chief Sales Officer at Cisco from June 2021 to July 2025, Kassie led a team of 5 Global Sales Managers and 30 Sellers across various regions, driving significant growth in Buying Programs and Premium Services. Prior to this, Kassie served as Regional Manager for Americas Services Sales, overseeing a team of 15 Service Sellers and responsible for sales strategy and revenue across multiple sectors. Kassie's earlier experience includes roles in academic advising and training at California Polytechnic State University, as well as international volunteer program coordination and teaching internships in Italy.
