Elrica G.

Elrica G. has a diverse work experience spanning the fields of quantitative research, trading, and software engineering. Elrica began their career as a Software Engineer at Google from 2011 to 2014, where they served as both a Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2014, Elrica joined Deutsche Bank as a Quantitative Trader, a position they held until 2016. Elrica then gained further experience in quantitative research as an intern at Citadel LLC in 2017. Elrica later transitioned to Citadel Securities in 2018, taking on the role of Senior Quantitative Researcher. Before their professional career, Elrica also took on the role of a Backpacker in 2010, exploring and experiencing the world.

Elrica G. has a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the Technical University of Munich, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 2008. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
