Lauren Marra

Lauren Marra serves as Chief Operating Officer at Citadel since June 2023, bringing extensive experience from Morgan Stanley where Lauren held the position of Executive Director for Fixed Income Strategy from December 2008 to June 2023. Prior roles at Morgan Stanley included Vice President on the Securitized Products Desk with a focus on risk management reporting and regulatory initiatives, as well as Vice President in High Yield Loans, where Lauren contributed to detailed reporting and strategic tools for credit analysis. Earlier experience includes a technology associate role at the Securitized Products Group and a health and welfare consultant position at Mellon HR Solutions. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business with a concentration in Human Resource Administration from Muhlenberg College.
