Al Anderson

Al Anderson is an experienced professional in health and safety management and training, currently serving as the Managing Director at Construct Safety and Training since March 2018. Al is also a CITB tutor, approved to deliver a range of CITB courses. Prior roles include Regional Health and Safety Manager and Regional Operations Manager at Lakehouseplc, Site Manager at UK Construction, and sea safety engineer/instructor at VIKING Life-Saving Equipment A/S. Al’s extensive background includes military service with the UK Ministry of Defence, where skills in training and safety were developed. Al's journey in the construction industry began as a roofing laborer while in school, providing a solid foundation in practical skills and teamwork.
