Alan Martini

Alan Martini has been working at CITGO Petroleum since March 1983 as an Operations Excellence Manager. Prior to that, Alan worked as an Operations Manager at Uni Refining from April 1978 to March 1983, starting as an operator for a new grass roots Refinery. Alan's role involves developing work processes to ensure the transfer of knowledge from senior operations personnel to new and future operations employees.
