Brenda Rhoades

Brenda Rhoades has been with CITGO Petroleum Corporation since March 1985, currently serving as a Plant Manager overseeing the operations of the Lubricant Blending Facility. Prior to this, Brenda worked at Cato Oil & Grease Company / Kerr McGee Refining from October 1982 to July 1993 in a purchasing role.
