Joe Carroll

Joe Carroll is the current Chief Information Officer at CITGO Petroleum. Joe has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. Prior to their current position, Joe was a Database Administrator at MAPCO from 1988 to 1994. Before that, they were a programmer at The Charles Machine Works from 1986 to 1988. Joe has a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Oklahoma.

Joe Carroll received their MBA from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business and their BS in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University.
